“Our guide, Nancy, from Chat tours was outstanding! The hotels varied from excellent to sad. Most of the food was decent but nothing special. The pace was good. Our guide really made the history and mythology come alive. She kept everyone and everything on schedule with friendly humor. Get your Guide did not give us advance notice that women need to have skirts down to their knees to enter the Monasteries in Meteora. Many of us were scrambling to buy something at the hotel since we couldn’t be assured to borrow something at the site. The people who booked through Chat Tours were informed at registration.”
